Pioneers in the field, BSP-TEX have designed and manufactured piling and ground improvement equipment for more than 117 years.
The company's main operations are at the Great Blakenham site. Historically, products included steam-powered piling hammers, pile extracting equipment, winches, early iterations of cement mixer trucks and truck cranes, tunnel boring machines, concrete mixers, and wheelbarrows.
Today the company operates across four divisions: piling and RIC, road maintenance machinery, subcontracted manufacture of custom trailers, and subcontracted manufacture of utility enclosures (for housing governors, meters, modems, instrumentation and data loggers).
